How to Reorder Checks with WaFd Bank

Your reasons for using checks are your own. Whether for personal use, business transactions, or specialized purposes, we've got you covered. Our seamless ordering process lets you quickly and easily request printed checks that meet your needs. You can even choose from a variety of designs, all of which come with security features and customization options.

Information You'll Need to Place a Check Order

Your checking account number
Your phone number, if you want it printed on your checks
Starting check number

All checks have a check number in the top right corner, such as 1001; choose the check number you want the box of checks to start with, which might be the next number your last box of checks ended with. For example, start your new order with 1400 if your last box ended with 1399

Address to be printed on the checks
The mailing address to send the order to
Check style
Check type

Choose single or duplicates, which makes a carbon copy of the check you're writing so you can reference it later if needed (there is a box that blocks your signature to prevent fraud, in case you lose your carbon copies)

How to Order Personal Checks

You've got a few options to place an order:

Visit your local branch, and they will place the order for you
Call WaFd Bank directly at 800-324-9375

You can also order personal checks through online banking by following these steps:

Choose the checking account you want to order checks for
Click on Order Checks from the Action menu on the right
You will be redirected to Harland Clarke, our check vendor, to complete your order process

Your account will be charged for the checks after the order is processed, not necessarily the same day you order them. If you have changed your address in the last 10 days, you will not be able to order checks until 10 days have passed.

How to Order Business Checks

If you'd like to order business checks without your company logo, you can do so through Treasury Prime or Treasury Express.

Treasury Prime clients can order checks from the Dashboard tab and choose Check Orders from the Navigation Center widget.

Treasury Express clients can order checks by selecting Resources from the menu on the left and then selecting Check Reorder.

How to Order Customized Business Checks

You can order checks with your business logo for an added level of professionalism! Please get in touch with our check vendor, Harland Clarke, directly at 800-503-2345 to place your order. They are open Monday through Friday, 4AM to 7PM, and Saturdays from 4AM to 4PM PST.
