Big changes are coming to your online bill pay experience! We're rolling out powerful new cash flow management tools designed to save you time, give you more control, and streamline your payments. With faster processing, more payment options, and seamless integration, managing your business finances has never been easier.
If your business no longer needs payment tools, you can opt out of this change before May 12, 2025 by calling 877-423-9742 or emailing treasury.servicing@wafd.com.
When Will This Happen?
We're introducing these tools in three phases:
- April 28, 2025 - Tools become available to all new online banking clients
- May 19, 2025 - First group of active bill pay users are transitioned
- June 23, 2025 - Full rollout to all bill pay users
What You Need to Do

What is Changing?
- Faster Processing: Reduce payment delays to improve cash flow, and ensure your bills are paid on time
- Upload your Bills: Email, snap a photo, or upload your invoices for easy review and payment
- Upgrade to Pro: Access enhanced features like two-way accounting sync, additional sub-users, and more bill payments for just $9/month
- Time-Saving Automation: Easily schedule payments, set up auto-pay, and manage recurring payments, including the ability to pay multiple bills at once
- Team Collaboration: Share workload by adding users with custom access controls
- Invoicing (Coming Fall 2025!): Send, track, and receive invoice payments—all in one place
Package Options
Your company will be converted to the Standard or Pro Payments plan automatically, based on your current service as of May 12.
- 1 ADMIN + 1 additional user—Includes all new features and up to 5 bill payments per month with the Standard Plan, with no monthly service fee
- 1 ADMIN + 2 or more additional users—The Pro Plan ($9/month) includes 10 bill payments, 2 sub-user accounts, and two-way sync with QuickBooks
Fees
- Credit Card Payments: 3.00% processing fee
- Additional Bill Payments: $0.40 per payment
- Additional Users: $1.50 per user per month
